PRIVACY & STUDENT DATA

Your academic records require careful handling.

This notice explains what SCHOLENS processes when you use an assessment, upload a transcript, buy a report or request support.

Last updated: 16 August 2026

What we collect

We may process academic marks, qualification type, intended study stage, destination, programme interests, language scores, uploaded document content, contact details, report codes, payment status and product-usage events. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by SCHOLENS.

Transcript processing

Uploaded documents are used to extract or confirm academic evidence for the requested assessment. Automated extraction can be wrong, so students must review the values before relying on a result. A missing document never becomes a fabricated score.

Purpose and access

Data is used to calculate readiness, produce purchased reports, recover access, improve error handling and respond to support requests. Locked report fields are controlled on the server. We do not sell student transcripts or claim university affiliation.

Minors and family use

A parent or legal guardian should supervise the submission of records for a student who is below the applicable age of digital consent. Do not upload identity documents or unrelated sensitive information unless a specific application workflow asks for it.

Retention and deletion

Assessment and purchase records are retained only for access, recovery, compliance and support purposes. To request access, correction or deletion, use the Contact page and include the report code or purchasing email. Limited transaction records may be retained where legally required.

Security and international processing

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online system is risk-free. Service providers may process data in other jurisdictions to operate hosting, document analysis, email and payment services.
