TERMS OF SERVICE

Decision support—not an admission guarantee.

These terms define what SCHOLENS assessments, admissions information, reports and training tools do and do not provide.

Last updated: 16 August 2026

Scope of the service

SCHOLENS provides educational information, readiness indicators, evidence organisation and self-service planning tools. It is not a university, immigration authority, testing organisation or guarantee of admission, visa approval, employment or permanent residence.

Accuracy and verification

Requirements, tuition, scholarships, deadlines and immigration rules can change. Each decision should be checked against the linked official source and its verification date. Planning labels and mapped institution routes are not programme-level confirmation.

Student responsibility

Users must provide accurate information, review extracted marks, disclose relevant qualification details and submit applications through the official institution or authorised platform. A readiness score is not an admission probability.

Paid access

Each pass is for one student and the stated access period. Paid plans unlock deeper evidence and workflow tools across the disclosed institution pool; they do not manufacture eligibility, guarantee a result or conceal additional school names behind payment.

Training content

Practice questions are original exam-style simulations. They are not copied official questions, and indicative writing or speaking feedback is not an official IELTS, TOEFL or Duolingo score.

Acceptable use

Users may not resell reports, scrape protected datasets, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material, impersonate another student or use the service to submit false application evidence.
